Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects for retail stores, supply chain facilities, and corporate offices from scoping to closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality while coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Requires 8+ years of construction project management experience in fast-paced retail environments and a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Must be proficient in industry tools like Bluebeam and AutoCAD and willing to travel up to 40%.
As a Construction Project Manager at Nordstrom, you'll lead construction projects across our retail stores, supply chain facilities, and corporate offices — from early scoping through final closeout. You'll own the full project lifecycle, keeping work on track across budget, schedule, and quality while navigating the complexity and pace of a dynamic retail environment. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with clarity, and builds trust with people at every level. You’ll bring a strategic mindset to every project, anticipating risks before they materialize, making sound decisions with incomplete information and managing complexity across multiple workstreams without losing sight of the bigger picture.
