We are looking for a proactive and analytical Service Contracts and Execution Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will focus on improving operational efficiency, contract accuracy, and customer satisfaction by coordinating service agreements across the European region. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams and analyze contract data to provide valuable insights for our business decisions and planning. 

More tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Ensure smooth execution of regional service contracts by collaborating with regional counterparts and teams like Sales, Legal, Finance, Tech Support, and Operations
  • Help develop and review new service agreements, making sure they follow legal rules and standard company templates
  • Monitor contract performance regularly to spot any issues early, take quick corrective actions, and suggest ways to improve contract terms
  • Analyze contract data to find trends and areas for improvement, and create clear reports to support management decisions
  • Support the global sales team during contract negotiations, deliver service agreement sales training within the region, and promote best practices to boost sales

 
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Maintenance Development. This position is based in Gdańsk, Poland.

What you’ll need to succeed

 

To do well in this role, you should be a strong problem-solver with great analytical skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with many different internal departments and global teams. You should also be someone who can manage detailed data and records independently while keeping the bigger business goals in mind . 
 
Ideally you have

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, PLM and Microsoft Suite is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel abroad, if required
