The I.T. Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining PC hardware and software while providing helpdesk support to users. They perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network and peripheral issues within a casino environment.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in computer repair and AS400/Microsoft Office. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of Windows server environments and VMWare ESXi experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Director of I.T
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION LEVEL:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
LANGUAGE:
Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year computer and peripheral repair experience required.
Minimum 1 year experience with AS400 / IBM Series, Microsoft Office, Outlook required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a casino environment preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Advanced understanding of Windows server environments; Active Directory, Group Policy, drive mappings, logon scripts, and user permissions. VMWare ESXi experience required. Understanding of VDI concepts, and migration of windows workstations preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Employee Gaming registration required.
PHSYICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.
Fine finger manipulation.
Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.
