Obicà Mozzarella Bar è il nostro progetto di ristorazione italiana che mette al centro della proposta gastronomica la Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Il primo Obicà nasce a Roma nel maggio del 2004 e da quell’anno abbiamo iniziato ad espanderci non solo nelle principali città italiane, ma anche oltre i confini nazionali: da New York a Tokyo, passando per capitali europee come Londra.
Hai maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza come Assistant Restaurant Manager in contesti ristorativi strutturati, organizzati e dinamici;
Conosci bene le attività operative che caratterizzano il servizio di un Ristorante;
Hai la capacità di lavorare in Team e di collaborare positivamente con colleghi e Responsabili;
Possiedi ottime doti comunicative e di ascolto attivo;
Nutri una forte passione per il settore Food & Beverage e per il mantenimento di alti standard di servizio;
Sei abile nel problem solving e riesci a prendere decisioni rapide e appropriate;
Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente applicata all’ambito ristorativo.
Come Assistant Restaurant Manager, sarai un punto di riferimento per il Direttore e per tutto il Management del locale. Supporterai l’organizzazione del servizio e la supervisione delle attività quotidiane al fine di garantire un’esperienza di alta qualità ai nostri Ospiti.
Ti occuperai di:
Gestire e organizzare le operazioni di sala e di back of house in accordo con il Direttore;
Partecipare alla formazione e all’inserimento delle nuove risorse che arricchiranno il Team, favorendo un efficace onboarding e facilitando il loro ingresso in squadra;
Supportare l’organizzazione degli eventi in store, contribuendo alla loro buona riuscita e al coinvolgimento degli Ospiti;
Monitorare gli standard di servizio e fornire feedback costanti per rendere sempre migliore la customer experience.
