Como miembro del equipo de Housekeeping, usted:
• Limpiará y preparará las villas asignadas de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad y limpieza de Westgate.
• Completará la limpieza de las unidades asignadas cumpliendo con las expectativas diarias de productividad y desempeño.
• Limpiará dormitorios, baños, cocinas, salas de estar, patios y otras áreas para huéspedes.
• Retirará la ropa de cama y la basura, repondrá los artículos necesarios y preparará las villas para la llegada de los huéspedes.
• Utilizará de manera segura los equipos y productos de limpieza de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía.
• Reportará los artículos perdidos y encontrados, así como cualquier problema de mantenimiento, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
• Trabajará en colaboración con otros miembros del equipo para apoyar las operaciones diarias de Housekeeping.
• Realizará otras tareas según sean asignadas.
Qué Puede Esperar
A diferencia de una habitación de hotel tradicional, nuestras villas vacacionales son espaciosos alojamientos estilo condominio que cuentan con cocinas completas, salas de estar, múltiples dormitorios, bañeras de hidromasaje, patios, chimeneas y otras comodidades premium. A la mayoría de los miembros del equipo se les asignan de tres a cuatro villas por turno, dependiendo del valor en créditos de cada unidad.
Para desempeñar este trabajo exitosamente, la persona debe ser capaz de realizar satisfactoriamente cada una de las funciones esenciales. Los requisitos que se indican a continuación representan los conocimientos, habilidades y/o capacidades requeridas. Se pueden realizar adaptaciones razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidades desempeñen las funciones esenciales del puesto.
• Se requiere un mínimo de un (1) año de experiencia en limpieza de habitaciones, preferiblemente en un resort de tiempo compartido, hotel o propiedad hotelera de gran tamaño.
• Debe poder comunicarse eficazmente en inglés o español. Ser bilingüe es bienvenido, pero no es un requisito.
• Debe estar disponible para trabajar todos los sábados y domingos.
• Debe poder trabajar desde las 8:00 a. m. hasta completar las unidades asignadas, aproximadamente hasta las 4:30 p. m. o hasta que termine el trabajo asignado. Ocasionalmente, puede haber horas adicionales disponibles los viernes según las necesidades del negocio.
• Debe poder levantar hasta 35 libras y trabajar en condiciones climáticas al aire libre.
• Debe poder trabajar fines de semana y días festivos.
