What this job involves: An opening exists for a professional Receptionist looking for an opportunity to join an award winning Investment Bank account with offices located in Central, Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon. If you are someone who thrives in a busy environment, has an exceptional phone manner, high standards of personal presentation, and a positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the business, then this is the right opportunity for you.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• First point of contact for clients and visitors, as well as for all incoming calls from employees, providing exceptional customer service while managing front office operations.
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
• Provide clients with information about our services and connect them with the appropriate team members.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up.

Required Skills and Experience:

• This role requires a polished, friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail particularly in high volume and pressure environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Excellent personal presentation, ensure the upkeep of the Receptionist uniform and adhere to the established grooming standards
• Ability to relate positively on an individual basis with a wide range of stakeholders, include but not limited to senior executives and professional staff
• Collaborative team player and ability to work independently under matrix supervision
• Desired experience in financial/investment bank services or 4 to 5 start hotel or corporate reception/customer service role
