The Nutrition Services Ambassador manages patient meal delivery, explains room service menus, and ensures dietary orders are followed. They are also responsible for maintaining sanitation standards and managing position-related paperwork.
Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, push wheeled carts, and communicate effectively in English. A high school diploma and previous food or customer service experience are preferred.

Explains Room Service menu to patients, qualifies patients as full Room Service, Assist, or Non-Select. Delivers patient meal trays and unit supplies. Follows HACCP principles in completing tasks. Performs other duties as assigned.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Ability to push and pull wheeled carts
Ability to read and write English
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to follow oral and written directions
Ability to tolerate frequent temperature changes working with and around equipment that generates heat, steam, and cold
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Food service or customer service experience preferred
