The Certified HVAC Specialist is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems to ensure a safe and efficient hotel environment. This role also involves performing preventive maintenance, monitoring building automation systems, and coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, along with EPA Section 608 certification and at least 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience. Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints, as well as a valid driver's license, is required.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Certified HVAC Specialist to join our Engineering team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment throughout the hotel to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for our guests and team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining hotel standards.
