As our Analytics Manager, you will be the cornerstone of this mission, translating our passion for hospitality into the data-driven intelligence that powers our business. You will be the architect of strategic clarity, leading a talented team of Data Analysts and SQL Developers to ensure that every decision, from marketing campaigns to operational efficiency, is backed by rigorous insight, precision, and purpose.
This role is perfect for an analytics leader who is equal parts strategist, project manager, and mentor. You will take ownership of the entire analytics ecosystem, from project intake, scoping, and prioritization through to delivery, quality control, and portfolio tracking. By implementing Agile Scrum methodologies, you will ensure high-quality, timely deliverables that align directly with our Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations stakeholders, always acting with our 'End of the Line' philosophy to guarantee seamless execution and informed decision-making.
