The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall quality of clinical care and coordinating designated teams to meet organizational goals. Key duties include personnel management, monitoring staff productivity, and ensuring patient care adheres to established guidelines and regulations.
Candidates must hold a current RN, PT, or OT license in Pennsylvania, with a BSN required for nurses. A minimum of one year of recent home healthcare experience is required, with management experience preferred.
Purpose:
The Clinical Manager position is an on-site position that is accountable and responsible for the overall quality of service, overseeing the planning, developing, organizing, integrating, of clinical care and coordination of assigned patients and designated teams, in support of the organizational goals and commitments. Weekend on-call rotation is required.
Responsibilities:
*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
