The role involves preparing patient charts and performing various diagnostic eye tests such as tonometry and OCT. Additionally, the technician assists physicians during exams and minor procedures while managing patient flow and documentation.
Candidates should have 2-3+ years of experience in an ophthalmic or medical setting. Preference is given to those with COA/COT certifications and knowledge of ocular pharmacology.
