The Clinical Pharmacist II provides comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, and medical therapy management. They are also responsible for disseminating drug information and supervising pharmacy support personnel.
Candidates must hold a Pharm D or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and be a registered pharmacist licensed in the state of the facility. A minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience and BLS certification are required.
As the Clinical Pharmacist II, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations.
In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.
