Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults through geriatric house calls in their communities. Focus on driving rewarding patient outcomes using clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary team.
Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to apply and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Current CPR certification and basic computer literacy are also required.
