The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift Available:
Full time, Variable, 40 working hours weekly
Required Qualifications:
PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or,
Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable
Preferred Qualifications:
Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
