The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients to restore physical function. This includes establishing therapy goals, formulating treatment plans, and documenting patient status.
Requires a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (or grandfathered equivalent) and a valid state license or eligibility to test. CPR certification and a valid driver's license are also required.

Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist assists patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
*Those licensed after 2016 must have a Doctoral degree. Those who were licensed prior to 2016 are exempt from this requirement as grandfathered under prior IDFPR or MBPT requirement for licensure (which allowed bachelor’s/master’s degree; the normal industry requirement prior to 2016).
