The Child Life Program Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising Child Life Specialists while managing the department's daily operations. They also advocate for improvements and assist in providing psychosocial support to pediatric patients and their families.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, Psychology, or a closely related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A Child Life internship and Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) certification are required, along with BLS certification within six months of hire.
