The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide medically prescribed physical therapy to pediatric patients in their homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. They are responsible for maintaining clinical records, coordinating care with staff, and implementing treatment plans to enhance patient performance.
Candidates must hold an Associate’s degree as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant and possess a current state-issued professional license. A valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and standing are required.

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) for pediatric patients within the home health setting. They will direct the patient and the caregiver as outlined in the treatment plan in collaboration with a Physical Therapist to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.

We focus on private duty nursing, speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy as well as provide case management for children ages zero through 18. KidsCare Home Health has been providing quality pediatric home health care to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex since 2003, when speech therapist and company owner Cortney Baker started treating children in their homes.
