Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité Santé (Healthcare/Life Sciences), nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Confirmé(e) / Senior pour accompagner nos clients (laboratoires pharmaceutiques, biotech, medtech, établissements de santé) dans leurs projets de transformation.
En fonction de votre expérience, vous interviendrez sur tout ou partie des sujets suivants :
Cadrage stratégique de projets de transformation (digitale, organisationnelle, réglementaire)
Définition de modèles opérationnels cibles (TOM)
Optimisation des processus métiers (R&D, essais cliniques, affaires réglementaires, supply, commercial, parcours patient)
Pilotage de projets complexes (PMO, gouvernance, suivi budgétaire et planning)
Recueil et formalisation des besoins métiers
Rédaction de cahiers des charges et accompagnement au choix de solutions (CRM, ERP, outils cliniques…)
Coordination des parties prenantes métiers et IT
Déploiement de solutions digitales (CRM, data platforms, outils omnicanaux, IA…)
Structuration et valorisation de la donnée (patient, produit, essais cliniques, performance commerciale)
Contribution à des projets innovants (IA en santé, parcours patient digitalisé, real-world data…)
Structurer des use case data et IA (prédictif, optimisation, qualité des soins) et participer à l'industrialisation des modèles
Élaboration de stratégies d’accompagnement au changement
Animation d’ateliers et formation des utilisateurs
Déploiement et adoption des nouveaux outils et processus

Participation au développement de l’offre Santé (use cases, benchmarks, propositions commerciales)
Participation à l'identification d'opportunités clients et au développement commerciale ; Participation à des évènements (salons etc.)
Contribution à la veille sectorielle (réglementation, innovation, tendances marché)
Encadrement de consultants juniors (pour les profils senior)
Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieurs, de commerce ou université (Bac+5), un double diplôme est un plus
3 ans d’expérience minimum en cabinet de conseil ou en environnement santé / life sciences
Expérience significative sur des projets de transformation (organisation, SI, data ou réglementaire) et en gestion de projet
Bonne connaissance des enjeux du secteur santé (pharma, biotech, medtech, hôpital ou assurance santé)
Maîtrise des méthodologies projet (Agile, Cycle en V, PMO…)
Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs métiers et IT
Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de structuration et de communication
Anglais professionnel requis
