Coordinate state-level communication and demand generation activities for RMNCAEH+N services across LGAs. Manage partnerships, provide technical assistance to health teams, and oversee media engagement and data reporting.
Requires a degree in Public Health, Communication, or Biological/Social sciences with at least 5 years of experience in family planning mobilization. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of reproductive health in Nigeria and excellent supervisory skills.
1. State-level implementation planning and execution in all LGAs in coordination with State and LGA Health Educators, Social Mobilization Officers, and Family Planning Coordinators for DISC and RMNCAEH+H2. Provision of TA on demand generation to State/LGA Health teams, RMNCAEH_N Stakeholders, Partners, and Investors3. Engage actively with State SBCC, ACSM, Advocacy Core Groups, Interfaith for promotion of SFH brand, program acceptability and ownership, male support, integration of services4. Provide TA for the institutionalization of SFH RMNCAEH high impact strategies and solutions.5. State and local media engagement6. Demand Generation Agent support and supervision.7. Testimonial and story capture, content creation, consent collection8. State Comms (ATL & BTL) data collection and reporting.
