The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for the safe administration of medications and treatments according to physician orders. They monitor resident health, document clinical data in real-time, and report any adverse reactions or cognitive changes.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in good standing along with CPR and First Aid certifications. Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred.
