The Sales Administrative Assistant will support the sales department by preparing quotations, invoices, and reports while maintaining accurate databases. They are also responsible for providing customer service via telephone and following up on quotes to ensure sales closure.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required for this position.

Experiencia en ventas y asesoría vía telefónica.
Conocimiento en la elaboración de cotizaciones, remisiones, captura de pedidos, facturas.
Control y registro de documentos físicos y digitales.
Atención y seguimiento de cartera de clientes.
Apoyo en gestiones administrativas.
Manejo de algún sistema CRM.
Asistencia a la jefatura de ventas y representantes de ventas.
Elaboración de cotizaciones, remisiones, facturas y reportes.
Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos del área.
Análisis e integración de información y documentos.
Atención telefónica a clientes y departamento de ventas.
Dar seguimiento a las cotizaciones para impulsar el cierre de la venta.
Requisitos:
Excelente nivel de comunicación oral y escrita.
Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de manera organizada y eficiente.
Alto enfoque al cliente.
Persona proactiva y responsable.
Manejo de paquetería Office (Power Point, Excel, word)
Estudios: Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Ing. Biomédica, o carreras a fin.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares.
