The Caterer is responsible for the preparation, set-up, and delivery of food for hospital events. They must also ensure proper clean-up, equipment maintenance, and inventory management of linens.
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and possess the ability to communicate effectively. Previous experience as a cook in food service is preferred.
The primary responsibility of the Caterer is to provide the highest quality of service to customers while catering events at Midland Memorial Hospital. Other duties include following directions through the function sheet and function set-up. The Caterer is responsible for some food preparation and for prompt clean-up of special events.
Full Time, 5:00am-1:30pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, Weekends as Needed
