The Registered Nurse provides immediate clinical care, triage, and crisis stabilization for individuals experiencing psychiatric and medical emergencies. They are responsible for conducting intake assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care across the Acute Care Campus.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in good standing and possess strong clinical decision-making skills. Experience in psychiatric, emergency, or crisis nursing is preferred.
Pay Rate: $40 to $48 an hour
Shift Differentials Available:
$6/hr shift differential for hours worked between 5pm and 7am and all day on Saturdays and Sundays

The Behavioral Health Crisis Center Registered Nurse (RN) provides immediate and comprehensive care for individuals experiencing psychiatric, behavioral health, substance use, and medical crises. This position serves as a key member of the Acute Care Campus team and is responsible for assessment, triage, crisis stabilization, admissions, medical screening, and coordination of care across multiple service lines.
The ideal candidate combines strong clinical judgment with exceptional therapeutic communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 crisis setting caring for individuals with both behavioral health and medical needs.
This position is based within AllHealth Network's 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Center and Acute Care Campus. Team members work with individuals presenting with psychiatric emergencies, substance use concerns, and co-occurring medical conditions in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment requiring strong teamwork, flexibility, and clinical expertise.
