Responsible for sorting, handling, and preparing incoming and outgoing laboratory specimens for testing. Duties include centrifuging, labeling, and maintaining laboratory inventory and equipment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, along with two college-level science courses or one year of laboratory experience. Completion of a Medical Terminology course is required within 60 days of employment.

Essential Duties:
This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
