Novanta is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to support and scale our global transfer pricing compliance and operations. This role will own core recurring TP workflows, including quarterly adjustment calculations, documentation review, forecast support, and process standardization, while providing targeted support on international tax matters such as BEAT, FDII/FDDEI, GILTI, and Pillar Two.
This position is well suited for a candidate with strong transfer pricing fundamentals, project and process management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Accounting, FP&A, business finance, operations, and external advisors.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a practical, business-focused environment. This person takes ownership of recurring processes, works effectively across functions, and contributes to continuous improvement in tax operations.
