The LPN/Clinical Service Supervisor assists providers with patient examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures while ensuring smooth patient flow. Additionally, the role provides administrative support, staff coaching, and oversight of clinical policies and procedures within the practice.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma and a graduate degree from an accredited LPN program with a current Ohio license. At least one year of clinical experience in a medical or physician office setting is required, along with Basic Life Support certification.
Physician Office | Beavercreek | Full-Time | First Shift
Under the direction of the provider and/or practice manager, assists and delivers patient care duties, and provides administrative support and supervision throughout the practice. This position assists the provider in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of provider. This position also interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information in patients' charts. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. The position will be cross-trained to perform duties to enhance efficiency and continuity of delivery of patient care
Provides input on performance evaluations.
Job Requirements
Current Ohio LPN license.
Basic Life Support certification required
Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and HIPAA regulations preferred.
