Candidates must hold a valid state licensure as an LPN or RN. The role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.
Schedules: AM or PM (6:00 - 6:00)
Pay: Starting at $29.00/hour, based on date of state licensure
