The Resident Services Coordinator manages caregiver recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure high-quality care for seniors. They also assist the Resident Services Director with case management, care plan development, and coordinating resident transitions.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school as an LPN or LVN with at least one year of management experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care. Strong communication skills and availability to work evenings and weekends are required.
