Requires a high school diploma or GED and five years of experience in telephone or in-person collection of delinquent revenues. Candidates must be able to navigate Shelby County roads and possess knowledge of business tax laws.

Shelby County Resident Disclaimer
All employees hired after September 1, 1986, must be residents of Shelby County and shall continue to reside in the County as a condition of their employment.
