The intern will perform various duties supporting functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or specific business units. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and reporting data, as well as designing processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics and be available for a 10-week summer internship. Applicants must also be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management intern to join the Aeronautics Sector Intern Program. This position will be in Melbourne, FL.
The selected candidate will perform a variety of duties in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
Gather, collect, record, track and be able to verify data and information from multiple sources.
Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data.
Able to use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. May design processes to enhance workflow.
Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026
Be majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree.
Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
Undergraduate Degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master’s program): $16.50 to $30.00 per hour
Master’s: $23.75 to $37.25 per hour
