Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
HS diploma/GED
Baccalaureate Degree with a Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar (Experience in lieu of education may be accepted.)
5 years of facilities management experience, with an emphasis on HVAC/Controls or Plumbing.
Valid driver’s license
Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of facilities management in a healthcare setting
