Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and at least 10 years of experience in government construction project management. Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining a government security clearance.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on personnel and project-related matters while managing the day-to-day execution of construction and service contracts.
The successful candidate will oversee project schedules, contractor performance, design reviews, contract compliance, and customer coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires extensive experience managing construction projects, developing technical solutions, supporting federal acquisition activities, and collaborating with government stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
