Responsibilities
The Project Integrator/Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to the Mission Center’s Front Office leadership team (e.g., EXDIR, Chief of Staff, other “Chiefs of”, etc.) and works closely with the Executive Assistants and other EXOs to support the customer’s operations-centric cyber mission. The Project Integrator serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office leadership team (e.g., EXDIR, etc.) responsible for managing the Staff’s check-in/check-out process, space management and utilization across multiple locations, managing schedules and visits, and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Direct support and assistance to the Mission Center's Front Office leadership team (e.g., EXDIR, “Chiefs of”, etc.), including schedule management and deconfliction.
Coordination of meetings and collecting/providing background and preparation information, as needed, for Senior Leadership.
Management of taskings and actions assigned to and by the Front Office to ensure complete, coordinated, and timely responses.
Preparation and coordination of presentations and briefings on a wide range of topics for a variety of audiences.
Management of space allocation and utilization across multiple locations for the Mission Center's front office leadership team.
Manage Mission Center personnel arrival and departure processes and procedures on behalf of the Front Office leadership team (e.g., EXDIR, Chief of Staff, and other "Chiefs of") using ServiceNow and other business process workflows, as necessary.
Manage Mission Center travel for the Front Office leadership team (e.g., EXDIR, Chief of Staff, and other "Chiefs of"), including schedule deconfliction, coordination with the field, and preparation and transmission of itinerary cables.
Support to the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants, as required for special projects and activities.
Qualifications
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
Ability to coordinate program management process activities, such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings and presentations.
Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, report files, operating procedures, internal memoranda, and compose correspondence.
Ability to compose technical documents, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical data.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimal direction.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce, including developing artifacts appropriately tailored to the needs of the audience.

Previous Front Office and/or Project Integrator experience.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
