Operate and monitor automated and manual packaging lines to ensure the efficient filling, capping, and labeling of olive oil products. Maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards and lean manufacturing principles.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment, preferably in food. Must be able to operate a forklift, lift up to 45 lbs, and work flexible hours during harvest season.

The Packaging Line Operator is responsible for operating automated, semi-automated, and manual production lines to pack high-quality olive oil products. The role works closely with team members to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards. This position typically works Monday through Friday, with extended hours and weekend work required during Corto’s harvest season, which usually runs from mid-October to late November, as well as at other times during the year as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; rare stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 25% or, 50% or more walking, and 50% or more standing. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and in a manufacturing environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift up to 45 lbs. is required.
