The Area Coach is responsible for the operations of assigned restaurants, focusing on quality, service, inventory, sanitation, and sales. They direct the recruitment, retention, and development of Area Coaches and their respective teams.
Requires an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and at least three years of restaurant management experience. Candidates must have 4+ years of multi-unit leadership experience managing direct reports.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are dependent on the needs of the business and must be fully-flexible and available to address urgent situations, as needed.
Required Education and Experience
