The General Utility Worker maintains a safe and sanitary environment by performing dishwashing, deep cleaning, and monitoring food temperatures. They also assist chefs with food delivery inspections and ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
Candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a team with a flexible approach to hours and duties. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and extended standing.

F&B General Utility Worker II is required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment and required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.
