The Reliability Mechanic is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems within the production facilities. They must oversee tooling changes, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all tasks adhere to safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of technical training in general maintenance. Required experience includes one year in maintenance operations and two years in a supervisory capacity, along with proficiency in various welding techniques.

The Reliability Mechanic is responsible for, but not limited to overseeing, maintaining, performing tooling changes and setup. Installation and repair of electrical (minor electrical), plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and other production/processing equipment. They may be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. They may be assigned to the Plant 1, Plant 2, Arils or Scholar Department depending on the need or opening. All of these departments are part of the Fresh Department. The Reliability Mechanic must also keep Safety and Quality in mind when all tasks are performed by them or those they are responsible for overseeing.
Compensation - $22.00 - $30.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
High School or GED or related technical field. At least two years of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related area. One year experience in maintenance operations including two years in a supervisory capacity. Other similar work or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
