Supervise poultry processing personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations while meeting production schedules. Manage production lines to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high customer satisfaction and food safety standards.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing and leadership experience, with a preference for food or poultry industry backgrounds. Must possess strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
