Popeyes propose une cuisine iconique : les produits sont préparés et cuisinés en restaurant, à partir de poulet frais 100% français. Les filets de poulet sont marinés pendant 12 heures dans un mélange d'épices cajun, avant d'être panés à la main en restaurant.

Tes missions, si tu les acceptes :
Assister l'équipe de gestion dans la coordination et la supervision d'une zone assignée du restaurant pendant le quart de travail.
S'assurer que toutes les procédures sont exécutées correctement (respect des standards).
Superviser le personnel pour s'assurer que toutes les normes soient respectées.
Contribuer au développement commercial du restaurant.
Véhiculer les valeurs et l’image de l’enseigne.
Ce que nous recherchons :
Vous possédez idéalement 2/3 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la restauration.
Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et du service client.
L’écoute, l’exemplarité et la rigueur sont vos atouts majeurs.
Un contrat en CDI en temps plein
10% de Bonus (en fonction de l'atteinte des objectifs).
