The Order Builder is responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling bulk customer orders using voice-picking technology and electric pallet jacks. They must maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while meeting productivity standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment are required.

We are seeking Day (Bulk) Order Builders to accurately and efficiently build bulk customer orders within established company productivity and accuracy standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to Hensley customers.
This position utilizes voice-picking technology and electric pallet jacks (walkie-riders / fast-moving pallet jacks) to complete daily order fulfillment tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
