We are looking for a charismatic & experienced In Room Dining Manager to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market. 

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London! 

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

What you’ll do…

• Lead the day-to-day In Room Dining operation, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Manage, coach and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and to The Hoxton's quality standards.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Drive revenue through menu knowledge, upselling opportunities and service excellence.
• Monitor departmental costs, productivity and inventory while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Continuously review guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the In Room Dining experience.

• Previous experience as an In Room Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• Strong knowledge of In Room Dining operations, guest service standards and food & beverage procedures.
• Experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
