Lead daily culinary operations and execute high-quality menus across various hotel dining outlets. Manage kitchen staff, oversee financial performance including food and labor costs, and ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Requires proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury, high-volume environment. Must possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen for kitchen management, and a valid FoodSafe certification.

As Chef de Cuisine, you are the driving force behind the daily culinary operations of your venue, bringing together creativity, consistency, and leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
