Requires 3-5+ years of experience in loan operations with a strong understanding of escrow processes and financial calculations. Proficiency in core banking systems, Excel, and AI tools for workflow efficiency is expected.

What you’ll do: The Escrow Specialist is responsible for the administration, analysis, and reconciliation of escrow accounts associated with commercial loan portfolios. This role ensures accurate collection, disbursement, and monitoring of escrow funds related to taxes and other obligations, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
