We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Rewards Manager – Digital Currencies.

Principal responsibilities 

• Formulate and implement digital currencies business strategies to deliver business targets 
• Drive the development and commercialization solutions to promote long-term customer relationship with digital currencies
• Launch and commercialize new capabilities and initiatives to drive up adoption and usage of digital currencies in PayMe
• Grow engagement with customer segments and respective profitability
• Build synergy with the wider Wealth & Personal Banking and other lines of business to drive win-win outcomes to all stakeholders
• Review and coordinate initiatives to optimize profits and reduce costs
• Keep track of digital currencies business performance and product profitability
• Ensure regulatory, compliance to Group standards and audit directives are met

Requirements

• University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Possess understanding of overall banking products. Experience in payments and transactional banking, digital projects would be a plus
• Industry experience in Hong Kong in a digital asset is a strong advantage
• High degree of personal drive and resilience
• Proven experience in project management and implementation, especially in launching and commercializing new products or solutions as an advantage
• Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking
• Strong understanding across different business units in Wealth and Personal Banking
• Good knowledge in compliances and regulatory requirements
