Role Summary

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to offer claims support to our customers and their loved ones.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional replies and service to the customer

• Centralizing the customer inquiry for record-keeping, reviewing existing guidelines, and future training

Shift Schedule
• Night shift: 6pm to 3am, 5 days per week

Roughly, the composition of your task will be as follows:

• Claims enquiry - 70%

• Claims assessment - 15%

• Ad hoc claims project - 15%

The success of this role will be measured by: 

• Understanding customers’ needs effectively

• Providing professional solutions and appropriate advice

• Suggesting improvements that enhance customer satisfaction across Bowtie

About you

You have/are 

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role in an insurance company, medical service provider (e.g., hospital, clinic), or TPA is a must

• Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English is a must

• Strong problem-solving, flexibility, and soild communication skills

• Customer-centric mindset

• Good PC skills in MS Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint

Preferred but not essential

• Experience handling medical claims enquiries
