The role involves handling claims inquiries and providing professional service and advice to customers. Responsibilities also include centralizing inquiries for record-keeping and contributing to claims assessment and ad hoc projects.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer support experience in insurance, medical services, or a TPA. Bilingual fluency in Cantonese and English is required, along with a customer-centric mindset and proficiency in MS Office.

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to offer claims support to our customers and their loved ones.
Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional replies and service to the customer
Centralizing the customer inquiry for record-keeping, reviewing existing guidelines, and future training
Shift Schedule
• Night shift: 6pm to 3am, 5 days per week
Claims enquiry - 70%
Claims assessment - 15%
Ad hoc claims project - 15%
The success of this role will be measured by:
Understanding customers’ needs effectively
Providing professional solutions and appropriate advice
Suggesting improvements that enhance customer satisfaction across Bowtie
You have/are
2+ years of experience in a customer support role in an insurance company, medical service provider (e.g., hospital, clinic), or TPA is a must
Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English is a must
Strong problem-solving, flexibility, and soild communication skills
Customer-centric mindset
Good PC skills in MS Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint
Experience handling medical claims enquiries
