Job Purpose

Drive the team to plan and execute digital and social media content to medical insurance and health service businesses with key results of delivering brand message, desirable human and business outcomes, uplifting lead generation conversion rate within digital sales pathways and optimising rapid test and learn digital acquisition model through co-creating customer management ecosystem, driving data-driven funnel marketing and customer-centric experience enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve an excellent overall growth and content marketing effectiveness with a full-funnel strategy and data-driven marketing practices.
• Develop marketing strategies on various social media platforms and online channels coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages
• Drive the digital growth & performance marketing plan, such as search engines, social media, roadshows, events, partnership etc.
• Plan and optimize the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency
• Work with different internal stakeholders including Business Development, Product, CS, Transformation etc. to achieve business goals
• Work with external agency and partner to drive digital marketing excellence
• Monitor the budget and digital platform performance
• Take relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize risk exposure and fully complied with regulatory and business conduct
• Staff engagement and coaching to drive an open culture in the working environment

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• University Degree holder in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in digital and performance marketing, delivering successful B2C and/or public relations campaigns preferably within insurance or health care industry
• Good leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills; able to connect effectively with various business units and stakeholders to drive marketing programs
• Proven hand-on ability to turn strategy into execution while effectively managing stakeholders’ expectation
• Experience and knowledge about digital marketing for sales lead generation and e-commerce
• Possess a flexible performance marketing mindset regardless of channels are essential. Growth hacking mindset is welcome
• Strong data analytical skills and make use of customer survey, web analytics and customer segmentation to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Familiar with social media ecosystem is an added advantage
• Solid MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and statistical knowledge
• Creative and resourceful with extensive experience in local market and sound business collaborative ideas to develop potential strategic partnerships
• Can-do attitude, willing to collaborate with people in different levels and department
• Ability to motivate teammates to achieve, collaborate, and grow
• Ability to work with legal and compliance and different sales teams to drive results
