Job Description -

Roles and Responsibilities: • Billing and Invoicing. • Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy. • Monitor, review and update the Customer details in CRM • Invoice corrections – Credits & Rebills • Emails queries/requests from field teams • Support and drive metrics. • Update Work Instructions.
