budujesz i utrzymujesz relacje z klientami poprzez kanały cyfrowe (telefon, wideorozmowy, chat),
przeprowadzasz wstępną analizę danych finansowych i ekonomicznych firm,
realizujesz cele sprzedażowe zgodnie z zasadami premiowymi,
zapewniasz wysokiej jakości obsługę Klienta Firmowego, zgodną z NPS,
współpracujesz z menedżerem Oddziału Wirtualnego w zakresie realizacji kampanii sprzedażowych i raportowania wyników,
ewidencjonujesz działania sprzedażowe w systemie CRM oraz na bieżąco monitorujesz postępy w realizacji celów.
To stanowisko może być Twoje, jeśli:
posiadasz minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży produktów finansowych (w bankowości firm lub contact center),
jesteś osobą komunikatywną, zorientowaną na osiąganie celów sprzedażowych i budowanie relacji z klientami,
potrafisz analizować dane ekonomiczno-finansowe firm,
