The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing weekly payroll across multiple brands and locations using iSolved. They manage employee data changes, ensure compliance with wage laws, and generate financial reports for leadership.
Candidates need 2-4+ years of payroll experience, preferably in multi-state or multi-entity environments, and proficiency with iSolved or similar HRIS. Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws and the ability to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN are required.

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist who will support weekly payroll processing, employee data changes in iSolved, and reporting needs for Finance and HR. This role is on site in our Eden Prairie, MN (headquarters) office.
This role is critical to ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time across our national footprint. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
